– **Service Cancellation by Nayab Labs:** If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
– **Duplicate Payment:** If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment for the same service.
– **Erroneous Test Results:** If there is a confirmed error in test results due to a lab error or misidentification, and a retest is not available.
2. Refund Requests

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
– **Completed Services:** Once a test has been completed and the results delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
– **Customer-Initiated Cancellations:** If you choose to cancel a test or package without any fault of Nayab Labs.
– **Delayed Results:** Slight delays in test results do not qualify for a refund, as timing can be influenced by various medical processes.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. We will notify you by email or phone once the refund is issued.
